What type of support do you provide?

If it’s a broken cable or a shattered Operating System we can fix it. Consultation is a strong suit and even after fixing a device or website there is always contact. We will not leave you high and dry. If we have the equipment required to resolve the problem you will know before you pay for a service. No empty promises. Ever.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! We are here for our customers 7 days a week. Hours may vary. However an email will always be answered within an hour. We have a chat available on the site in the bottom left hand corner.
